Aerosmith's Announcement

Aerosmith is ending their farewell tour early. 

The group made the announcement on Friday. They explained that frontman Steven Tyler had been trying to recover from a vocal injury. But he is still unable to sing like he used to. 

The musicians thanked ''everyone who was pumped to get on the road with us one last time,'' including their ''expert crew'' and fans.

''It has been the honor of our lives to have our music become part of yours,'' the band said in a statement. ''In every club, on every massive tour and at moments grand and private, you have given us a place in the soundtrack of your lives.''

Ticketmaster customers will receive automatic refunds. Those who made purchases through third-party sites should contact the respective companies for more information.
