Grammy Week Celebrations

 A producer. mixer, and engineer, who received the nickname The Senator from Timbaland, is in the news.

Jimmy Douglass, who has also worked with Roxy Music, Hall & Oates, and Foreigner, is to be honored by the 

Recording Academy on the 29th of January, as part of its Grammy Week celebration. 

In addition, the event at The Preserve LA in East Hollywood is going to recognize the year-round work of the Producers and Engineers Wing and its members, who advise the Recording Academy.

The Grammy Awards are to take place on the second of February. 

Jimmy himself has been nominated 11 times, and won an award five times.
