Budweiser And Blake

 Budweiser has joined forces with Peter Blake. 

They have a new series of pop art beer cans featuring Blake's signature, and available at Tesco stores in the UK. 

Budweiser is also making available a refrigerated frame available for purchase to showcase the new star and heart designs.

The artist, who created album covers such as the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and Oasis' Stop the Clocks, said, ''I have always believed in the power of art to transcend boundaries and connect with people from all walks of life, so I am thrilled to partner with Budweiser, an American cultural icon. 

''We are bringing pop art back to its roots and bringing it to the masses through this limited-edition can, inviting everyone to appreciate the beauty of art in their everyday lives.''

Def Leppard 's  Rick Allen  and his wife,  Lauren Monroe , are to host a fundraiser to support the mental health of first responders.  It will be held tomorrow night at New York City's   Cutting Room , on behalf of the couple's  Raven Drum Foundation , which aids trauma survivors and communities in crisis--particularly veterans and first responders.  Special guests will include  Peter Criss  of  Kiss; Jim Keltner , who has played with  Eric Clapton   and  John Lennon; Simon Kirke  ( Bad   Company ); and  Paul Shaffer .   An auction is being held, too, with items ranging from   Bob Gruen 's photo of  Keith Moon  to a chance to eat dinner at a Brooklyn firehouse.  Doors to the general public open at 8 p.m. (VIP admission is at 6:30 p.m.)

May's ''Music Of'' Benefit

The next  Michael Dorf Presents Music Of   tribute concert will be held on the 13th of May at New York City's  Carnegie Hall . Last year's event was a   Paul McCartney   salute; this time there will be  Crosby, Stills, and Nash  music. The aim is to raise funds to support music education for underserved youth.  According to a press release, the full lineup will be revealed on Valentine's Day, but  Graham Nash  has already signed on.  To buy tickets, visit  musicof.org .
